Judging Underway – 10/06/2008
The seven members of the jury are now surveying the submissions made by over 150 photographers from five continents for the inaugural Prix Pictet. Their short list will be made public at midnight on Friday 11 July. Short listed photographers will then work with the Prix Secretariat to prepare their work for exhibition at the Palais de Tokyo.
Visitors to the website will be invited to vote for the short listed photographer whose work, in their opinion, has the power and artistic quality demanded by the Prix. These votes will be made available to the judges when they meet at the Palais de Tokyo to select the winner of the inaugural Prix Pictet.
