Nominators
The nominators for the Prix Pictet are a group of leading experts in the visual arts from around the world including directors or major museums and galleries as well as journalists and critics. They lead the search for the series of images that have the power and artistic quality demanded by the Prix. For the third cycle of the Prize the group includes representatives from Drik Photo Agency (Bangladesh), the Tate (UK), Istanbul Modern (Turkey), Centre for Contemporary Photography (Australia), Foto Arte Brasilia (Brazil), Photo Festival of Phnom Penh (Cambodia), Les Temps (Switzerland), Jeune Afrique, Winterthur Photography Museum (Switzerland), Academy of Fine Arts (Poland), Reuters News Agency, Aperture Foundation (USA), FotoSetiembre (USA), George Eastman House (USA), The Globe and Mail (Canada), Beirut Art Center (Lebanon), and the Red October Chocolate Factory (Russia).
