Simon Baker
Simon Baker is Tate's first Curator of Photography and International Art. He joined Tate in September 2009 from the University of Nottingham, where he was Associate Professor specialising in the History of Photography. He has published on Surrealism, photography and contemporary art, and curated the exhibitions Undercover Surrealism (Hayward, 2006) and Close-up (Fruitmarket, 2008).
