Pablo Berástegui Lozano
Pablo Berástegui was born in Pamplona in 1968, and lives and works in Madrid, Spain. Pablo Berástegui has had a strong career as an Art Producer in Spain, working in many different fields. He directed the International Festival of Photography and Visual Arts PHotoEspaña from 2002 until 2006, and before that he held other relevant positions in PHotoEspaña since its launch in 1999.
In 2008, he was appointed as General Coordinator of Matadero Madrid, a new centre for contemporary arts in Madrid.
