Young couples enjoyed a ride at a theme park on the banks of the river Tigris in east Mosul. The park only reopened a few months before after it had been closed throughout ISIS’s rule of the city and was also heavily destroyed in the fighting. After ISIS life is coming back to the city and people are starting to enjoy things that were banned under the militants rule including, smoking in public, using mobile phones and wearing what they want. 02/17/2018
