Space

The theme for the seventh cycle of the Prix Pictet is Space - a theme that offers a wide range of creative possibilities and a strong set of connections to the Prix Pictet's overriding theme of sustainability. The Prix Pictet Jury includes three new members - Valérie Belin, the economist and author Dambisa Moyo and the renowned photographer Sebastião Salgado. The artists shortlisted for the seventh cycle will be unveiled at an evening screening at the Musée d’Art Moderne in Paris on 10 November 2016.

Disorder

The theme of the sixth cycle of the Prix Pictet is Disorder. Valérie Belin was named the winner by Kofi Annan, Honorary President of the Prix Pictet, at a ceremony at the Muséee d'art Moderne de la Ville de Paris in November 2015. The work of the twelve finalists selected for the sixth cycle is currently being showcased in exhibitions around the world.
